Chef Jonathan Alvarado has contributed to the exciting culinary journeys offered at Azul Talavera Hotel. Born in Orizaba, Veracruz his culinary career began at the Letty Gordon Gastronomic Institute in Mexico City, at his young age he perfected his craft at luxury hotels across Mexico, he also honored his skills at the reowned restaurante Pujol under the direction of Enrique Olvera, there he learned the techniques and secrets of Mexican cuisine.
Chef Jonathan’s culinary experience is reflected throughout the hotel, in restaurants and in banquet spaces. The secret behind his creative culinary talent is due to the respect and knowledge he has of local products and ingredients. Puebla, one of the gastronomic capitals of Mexico, has a great and unique range of ingredients that provide Chef Jonathan with a number of new ideas that fuel his creativity, allowing him to delight diners in any of our bars and restaurants.
